Are you adventurous, young and a woman with an entrepreneurial spirit for technical innovations? Have you always wanted to get professional feedback concerning one of your ideas but didn’t know how to get it? Are you eager to learn from others and expand your own social and professional network?

If you were thinking, “yes, that’s me” then you should consider participating in the business idea competition called WOMEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN EUROPE – a product of an alliance between Siemens and IE Business School to promote scientific-driven innovation, boost young women’s ambitions, and build entrepreneurial and constructive attitudes among European youth.

You will be competing with candidates from all over Europe for the grand price: a scholarship for the Master in Management Program at IE Business School – a center of excellence and top 10 worldwide business school according to the Financial Times, The Economist and the Wall Street Journal.

All you have to do” is to submit your business idea in form of a 3 minutes long video until mid May. The idea:

  • can be presented individually or in groups, although only the woman registered in the contest can be eligible to win the scholarship
  • must be original and not registered at the time of completion of the contest
  • must be based on technological aspects (focusing on sustainability will be very much considered by the jury)
  •  must be submitted in English, in a video of no more than 3 minutes, which should accompany a resume in pdf format

For more information about judging criteria, rules and deadlines click here; but again, the entire contest is about finding ideas. So, you can only win!!!
