Section 1 paid an interesting visit to Barajas airport, Madrid’s official airport. The reason for this visit was to see how the baggage handling system operated in terminal 4. This system is known throughout the world for its state of the art technology. The visit was coordinated by Professor Enrique Sanchez Perez of Global Supply Chain.
Overall we got a very nice introduction to the hidden (previous unknown) world of Barajas!
