IE Business School’s MIM Program is off to a great start for the academic year.

We welcomed over 250 new MIM students—a program record, and the program has been ranked #5 in the world by the Financial Times.

Students from 56 different countries joined the MIM program. They attended the Opening Ceremony at IE’s Segovia Campus, where they were addressed by keynote speaker Marcella Chamorro.  Marcella is a MIM alumna from Managua, Nicaragua, a writer, blogger, tech entrepreneur and TedX speaker. She delivered a rousing keynote address, urging the new intake to discover what they really like. She provided fantastic advice about how to make the most out of the ten months of the program and introduced clever life hacks to relieve the hectic pace and busy schedule. Finally, she shared the challenges, the fears and the joys of working for herself and launching her own successful business.

The new MIMs are now into their first week of START module, exploring teambuilding, entrepreneurship and cross-cultural relationships between making new friends and settling into life at IE.
